A physician is always available for emergencies, on call, 24 hours a day. Please call our main phone number, 612-775-7880, to reach the on-call physician.
As a courtesy to the physician, please be sure that your phone accepts blocked calls. If your phone currently does not accept blocked calls, you must dial *87 before placing the call to the answering service.

We maintain four clinics: in the Deluxe (dlx) Plaza in downtown Minneapolis, at 2800 Chicago Avenue across the street from Abbott Northwestern Hospital, two miles south of downtown Minneapolis, Richfield, and at WestHealth in Plymouth. Please call for a list of providers at each location.
