“I believe that every patient wants to tell their story and feel truly heard. I start each visit with listening, which allows me to make sure I carefully communicate and directly address the needs of my patient and provide the best possible care. My goal is to learn my patients’ priorities before offering proposed solutions and treatment, and to make sure that I am meeting the needs of each patient while providing expert advice. I am committed to being welcoming of all patients, and listening with compassion, understanding, and cultural intelligence, and to provide care that addresses them as an individual and as a whole person.

The best part of my work is my patients! I consider it an enormous privilege to be trusted to provide health care for my patients, and to form lasting relationships. I am honored to be able to participate in some of the most important phases of a person’s life. Being trusted to see a patient through pregnancy and delivery, teaching them about their body and health, partnering with them to maintain optimal health at every age, or taking care of a gynecologic problem with improvement in quality of life are all things that give me great satisfaction. I am a healer and a helper at heart.”
